Satin is the first solo EP from Lack, the alias of Manchester based artist Charlie Foy - having previously featured on various twelves for the Cong Burn collective. Recorded between 2016 and 2019, these tracks were started during long train journeys, before being finished in the studio. More introspective than previous material, these tracks offer a unique insight into the window of serenity that comes from movement and being in-between places.

These exceptionally balanced and well-crafted compositions use production techniques that explore the relationship between the natural and synthetic, using transients from field recordings to trigger machines, as well as granular synthesis and resampling techniques that further blur this distinction. Equally suited to listening at home or in a club context, these tracks reward deep listening and continually reveal details with each listen.

Taking it back to our roots and following the philosophy that’s helped us grow over the years; hand picking special artists who really shine with potential. Sun Archive is exactly that! A beautifully well rounded ep with style and intricacies. This guy is one to watch!

Modeight returns to the fore once again with a brand new release, continuing their mission to ply the depths of forward-thinking minimal talent from across the globe. For their 9th outing they've enlisted the skills of Sarajevo based producer and rising talent Zlatnichi as he offers up his dazzling "Baobabakka" EP, full of innately groovy hooks and sonic intensity. Having contributed to 12" releases on Serbian imprint Red District and Miami's Basswalk Records, Zlatnichi continues to display a mature and captivating sound. Overlaying a hazy cross section of tripped-out sampled and electronics over effortlessly fluid rhythms. Modeight nails yet another masterful collaboration here, showcasing a talent that's sure to have a big year head of him.

Lisbon's Carpet & Snares returns with beguiling house from local favourite Luhk,
renowned for his live and dynamic modular workouts. Here we get three tight variations
on his elastic bumping house sound, plus a remix from fellow analog junkie Saudade.
Both 'Jogar Em Casa' and 'Bom É Lá No Meio' (previously a Record Store Day exclusive)
play with smokey jazz samples, the former's laidback irony contrasting with the latter's
jauntier groove. Percolating synths and a lean, mean bassline on 'Reminiscência Do
Trance' will seamlessly propel any afterparty into the late morning hours. Finally, Saudade
steers 'Jogar Em Casa' towards the fresh and organic live-feel of vintage Kalabrese.

For the 9th release on Concealed we offer you the debut EP from DDALMH, a mysterious Copenhagen based artist. Daniel Lyons (as his real name is) may be known to people on the scene as the owner of the well respected Lomidhigh imprints, but his music production have been kept in secret until recently. Daniel's sound is a very deep, unpretentious and dubbed out kind of House Music.
On the flip side we invited Thomas Melchior to make a remix, he turns 'Sun' into a timeless tripped out Deep House tune that will hypnotise any dance floor in the early morning hours.

Four slices of well fashioned, steely tech house from Club Magnus, kicked off with two versions of 'Fool Love' by Dudley Strangeways & Magnus Asber. Both have a similarly irresistible but understated minimal framework to work from, the vocal mix - as its name would suggest- heaps more generous helpings of the austere male vocal, while the Jumped Up club mix makes more space for ingenious sonics to do their stuff.

Jonno & Tommo's 'Acid Cabbage' continues proceedings, with a bubbling b-line and some echoey old skool stabs and chords, before Numonika's 'Cosmic Girl' completes the set with its most acid-led composition, the wriggling 808 action nicely offset by some smooth strings and tinkling bell melodies.
