A real classic of its kind. Al Brown's 1975 cover of Bobby Bland's classic Blues / soul refections on urban living had been a staple of Al Browns set at the Kingston 'Tit for Tat' club.
Al Brown had cut his first tunes for Studio One, as Irving Brown, before fronting the Skin Flesh and Bones band, and had made a feature of covering popular R'n'B tunes in a reggae style. His biggest hit was his cover of Al Greens 'Here I am'.
Not available on 45 since its first pressing on Tommy Cowan's Arab label - although it was produced by Al Brown. Comes in a hand stamped bag
