MOOD CHILD is the new artistic platform of DJ/Producers, SIRUS HOOD & MANDA MOOR.

Evolving from a collective idea during our difficult pandemic period, MOOD CHILD is, at its centre, about community, collaboration, friends and family. Working together, feeding each others creativity and forging fresh and exciting new sounds and projects.

MOOD CHILD is an invitation to a journey that blends different feelings, emotions and desires. To activate your inner child. Reinvigorate the wild, primitive and unfiltered state of being and create an almost divine sense of unity. All through the power of music and art.

Their collective sensibility is nurtured upon the dancefloor and last summer they were blessed to have presented a first MOOD CHILD experience in collaboration with Hï and Café Mambo in Ibiza. The mood then took them to Bagatelle in Zürich and Lovefest in Serbia and they now prepare to launch their 2023 campaign alongside the elrow family for a sold out event in Andorra 1st of April.

However, what is a party without its soundtrack? Their first release, as its title suggests, brilliantly displays the labels primal perception… ‘Homo Sapiens’ is the mood child of Sirus Hood and Malikk. Four carnal creations, all guaranteed to ignite a rabid dancefloor response.

‘Booty Side’ uses its compass to expertly navigate its way through bubbling acid and rolling snares as we go in search of Jack, while the title track will have us going ape to its chest-beating bump and knuckle-dragging groove.

Silverback beats swing low on the flip too as ‘King MTF Kong’ bites hard with its heavy Chicago hustle and detuned synth, while the feral Juke-infused finale, ‘Gorilla Walk’, is a break-neck bass-driven and bruising encounter that is more Jersey club than Empire State building.

The ‘Home Sapiens’ EP is released on the 14th April and will be available on vinyl and digital formats, alongside a series of exclusive NFTs.

Lescale Recordings releases "Falcon 9", a vinyl by Eliptica and including a Ramona Yacef Remix. A musical composition of the highest level, as the label has been getting us used to, dedicated to authentic experts of sound design. The Italian trio Eliptica (Howl Records), the recent project of the sound engineer Antonio Valente and his fellows Andrea Bruno & Rikha, surveys the modern musical landscape indulging in explicitly ambient realms, with an intro where spacey sounds and haunting tones take to the fore, making for an evocative atmosphere of beatless and experimental ambient. Eliptica follows with the EP title track, forgoing dub-centric rhythms and synth melodies filled with endless echoes on a steady and solid groove. Ramona Yacef brilliantly pushes the limits with upfront breaks and steady beats to reach a dancefloor intensity, with strictly percussion. With ‘Orion’ the tempo is lowered to a laid-back feel of a dub riddim inspired track with filtered stabs and lush pads on an atmospheric field. ‘Outro’ completes the journey with a subtle listen of rhythms buried in the mix and soft synths serving the melody.

Italian born and Berlin based DJ, producer, label and record store owner Deluka kicks things off for Futuristic Architecture, System Error's newest offshoot for all things strictly Techno.

Deluka has long been a secret tip among vinyl and techno heads in Berlin and afar, having been a resident for several years at Berlin's infamously wild Same Bitches Party and the founder of No Signal Records, recently opening a record store of the same name.

With his Heroes EP, he commits 4 timeless techno tracks to wax, paying homage to his musical heroes with tunes that honour the sensibilities of the genre.

Deluka almost single-handedly reminds us of how much we love techno and we couldn't think of a better artist to begin this new story for System Error.

From the shimmering depths of Subosc Records emerges a luminous sonic debut, ushering in a new chapter from France's Charles LCC. His "Introduction EP" unfurls across three ethereal soundscapes of rhythmic immersion and textural wonder.

"Octopus’s Garden" opens like curtains parting to reveal a gleaming aquatic dreamrealm. Rippling percussion and notes dissipating into fathomless seas conjure visions of vivid coraline grottos. In "Introspection," lacey patterns of synthesized thought crystallize upon subdued beats, steeping the listener in hypnotic reflection.
The journey peaks within the kaleidoscopic whorls of "Circles," its radial pulses emanating from a shimmering nebula of tuned light. Within this mesmeric vortex, all notions of terrestrial logic dissolve into rapture's core.

Techno maestro Luigi Tozzi adds his magic with the remix of "Introduction", retaining the original's ethereal aura but ramping up the rhythmic intensity and full-bodied low ends for the dancefloor.

Piros appears again and this time with a very interesting release , with 3 tracks by the legend of Paris FSK24 aka Chris Carrier and a methodical , explosive remix by the Chilean based in Berlin , Felipe Valenzuela ( Melcure ) , a very nice set of sounds and rhythms , that will sound strong in Festivals and Clubs ………. “My mother” says HDSN “is my biggest idol to date. She gave me the roots to grow and the wings to fly and pretty much dedicated her life to my sister and i. She has been holding herself accountable day in day out for more than twenty years to raise two kids as a single mom. Although my dad couldn´t be there she always kept the cable long and so we lacked of nothing - she literally gave us all that she got. It´s been her strength, her humbleness and her relentless effort which has made me and my sister the beautiful human beings we are today. Most importantly it was her acknowledgement of my passion for music that saw me being able to pursue what i call my destiny today. She has been my biggest supporter since day one even she couldn’t understand at first. She oftentimes called my music too “esoteric” little did we know how many peoples hearts these songs would touch on the way. From the very beginning i wanted to dedicate a song to her but as she was pretty delicate when it comes to my tracks i knew i needed to find the right notes to hit the right spots. It´s been eight years now since i started out to make music and with very much excitement i can announce i finally been able to thrill her soul. It´s with little hesitation that i dedicated this song which i ended up calling “Stronger” to her. I come from a family full of fighters, there have been many ups and downs for all of us but we stood strong to the struggle and managed to keep our shine. This goes especially for my sister as life dealt her a couple of rough patches early on. She was fighting her own war marching through the valley of death from a very young age. She never gave up though, thrived out of darkness into light like a poppy seed and now eventually became a mother, too. Life kinda neglected us over the year. I had to leave my loved ones behind to live my dream but there has always been a part of me that tried to find his way back home, which i finally stopped denying. “No Place Like Home” is dedicated to most important women in my life, my mother, my sister and her newborn child. This record is an homage to my family and the beauty that lies within our tribe.”

Rustam is a Ukrainian DJ and producer with a preference for groovy basslines in dreamy spaces. ‘Happy Comby’ serves up a touch of acid on a rough-edged groove, while Jordan Lakofski’s ‘The Heat’ on the A2 is dripping in nostalgia, driven by an infectious 8-bit synth lead and a rolling bassline.

Glasidum set out to deliver the perfect warmup number, and we think he did it on the B1. Groovy, trippy and deep. And Dutch maestros MASI drop a perfect closer with some dreamy, thoughtful house music. Enjoy…

System Error is proud to present our first LP, a feature length presentation from Vortex.

A dedicated DJ since the ‘90s and deeply rooted in the Neapolitan underground, his highly technical, delicate sound is beautifully presented on this LP. Crafted exclusively with analogue machines, the LP seamlessly melds influences from House, Acid, Techno, Trance, and IDM, for a masterfully curated journey.

This record is dedicated to Cristiano’s family, and to Franco and Alfredo, with love, wherever you are.

‘True Mirrors’ leads the EP laying down airy atmospherics, bright stab sequences, bouncy bass groove and crisp rhythm section. ‘Royal Objects’ follows and leans into deeper realms via an amalgamation of processed spoken word vocals, ethereal pad textures, heavily swung percussion and dynamic evolution.

‘’Ghost Life’ kicks off the flip side next, fuelled by resonant synth licks, sweeping filtered chords, saturated drums and dubbed out vocal lines. ‘Over and Over’ then concludes the release, a nod towards the early 2000’s era of microhouse courtesy of raw, reduced drums, heavy sub bass tones, oscillating organic percussion and warped synth tones.

The highly prolific and stylish Konerytmi returns to Analog Concept Records in high funk resolution with the Megapikseli Ep.

Experience tricky video game vibes from both analogue and digital synths inside this pack of slick electro tracks; beginning with Kirsikka, highlighted by rubbery bassline funk, laser zaps, sharp 808 rhythms and awakening pads complimenting the attack.

Then there is the moody and groovy title piece, Megapikseli, heavy on the bass, with intricate clever electro percussion, and fog light chords, formulated to leave your mind stimulated and pixelated; reinforced by an abstract remix in its own cinematic world from the vision of Fleck ESC.

Flip to side B for the twin, Mikropikseli, bringing more of sunlit aura, cosmic atmospheres, emerald textured leads, and playful, vivid effects to the set.

Lastly, is the late night electrosoul aura and rhythm resonating from Puro; confident with rolling acid basslines, starry fx, to pure dark and lovely melody, guaranteed to emit grooves of energy easily.

For the lovers of immersive electro, marinated in the classy flavor of cartridge era platform games, Megapikseli Ep by Konerytmi is the real deal system to entertain.

The ep features a vinyl repress of 4 classic cuts previously released in 1997, playlisted at the time by Carl Cox and becoming a hard Techno hymn of the late 90's in particular by the French collective : Heretik System.

For our second release we invited Semoa who delivered an amazing blend of the minimal and electro genre. The EP includes a remix from the legendary Mihai Pol, who took the project to a whole new level.

Minkowski 2-9 (M2-9) is a planetary nebula that was discovered by Rudolph Minkowski in 1947. It is located about 2,100 light-years away from Earth. This bipolar nebula takes the peculiar form of twin lobes of material that emanate from a central star. Its form also resembles the wings of a butterfly.
