Creme Organization's Jericho One label continues to set a fine agenda with its fifth EP, this time from DJ Plant Texture aka Dona Basile, who also releases as Dona and Given. This is only his second EP under this alias, and is one that again marries breakbeats, techno and electro into electrifying new forms. Things kick off with 'Maybe Sometimes', three minutes of brutal old school rave. 'Maybe Sometimes (2_3 Psymono Mix)' is then a heavily filtered and stripped back version of the same tune that is brilliantly weird and otherworldly. 'Lello From SDA' then picks up the pace once more with reversed stabs, slamming drums and rubbery bass all cut up with yelping vocals and dusty breaks that take you right back to the early 90s. On the flip, 'Gargantuans' is on a deeper and more trippy old school flex with bright pads and gurgling bass taking you higher, then 'Cyclone (Tribute To The 90's)' is just that with its frenzied drums, filters and euphoric breakdowns all run through with Street Fighter samples. 'D_One' then ends the trip with a bit of ambient electronics, with odd sine waves and sharp sound designs placing you in an unhinged world.

*The whispers have been building gradually for Dom & Roland's album for Metalheadz and now we're very happy to be able to reveal the sampler for the project

* Sampler 2 steps things up a notch with Dom's uncompromising take on d'n'b. Sampler 2 is all about the breaks and earth shattering bass, 'Inna Soul Jah' could well be the soundtrack of the apocalypse whilst 'DMT' feat long time sparring partner Hive is no less eye opening and it's a welcome return for the Stateside's best d'n'b producer

* A1: 'King Stays' A track that has been supported up and down the, from Calibre to Dj Hype, this is one of the rare drum
and bass cross spectrum tracks. Release and T>I draw on both their strengths combining a minimal stripped back approach, whilst creating a bouncy and infectious funk, underpinned with deep subs and flashes of well know breaks. This is a track set to be a landmark in both producers back catalogues.

* B1: 'Make me Feel' A fine balance of musical vibes and a deep underpinning rhythm. Release draws on driving drums and both synthesized and live bass hits to fill the body of the track. Musical samples and well placed FX come together perfectly to give this track a classic light and dark vibe, typical of Release's style.

* B2 :'Giving Up' Pulling together classic vocals, rave samples and growly bass stabs, all working in harmony with a well know drum break, this track chops and pumps in all the right places, whilst giving away hints of nostalgia. This one is made for the floor.

One of 2014's biggest albums is back in remix form via an all-star line- up hand picked by the south coast's premiere production duo. We have new interpretations from Break, Icicle & Lenzman and you can tell from just reading that line up how high the quality levels are. We have no doubt that this package will have the same mark that the album did.

Limited vinyl edition of two previously digital-only singles by Berlin singer, songwriter, and producer. Dan Bodan, hailed by Pitchfork as "an expression of the storied NYC dance label's more oddball tastes." First up is "Anonymous", a poignant portrait of yearning for the post-Facebook generation. The A side is rounded out with a remix by DJ Richard (1/2 White Material with Young Male) that manages to drag the track to even deeper depths of anxiety. The flip features 2013 single "Hunger Games", a widescreen epic of a track that will be stripped down to the bare minimum on Dan's forthcoming LP. It features production by left-field dance geniuses Physical Therapy and Ville Haimala of Renaissance Man. Comes in a custom spineless picture sleeve featuring an illustration by Julien Ceccaldi.

With two floor-shattering releases from Eastcolors and Teddy Killerz already unleashed this year, Program continues to surge into 2014 with clarity, command and concentrated future-focused clout.

Yet another showcase of drum & bass's finest international creativity, here we find the label hooking up with Hungarian artist Kelle. Well respected across all corners of the ever-expanding world of bass, Kelle's distinctive mechanical soul went next level last year when both 'Respirator' and 'Radiophobia' featured on Andy C's massive 'Nightlife 6'. Lean, mean and coded with industrial funk data, they've caused all manner of stirs and demands amongst DJs and fans since Andy debuted them.

Living up to its name, 'Respirator' is heavier than an iron lung. Stripped back and steppy, the alluring dynamic builds around a hypnotic hook before a waspish bassline buzzes in from nowhere. Sprung with a heady, insistent riddim that slams with uncompromising muscle, Kelle's attention to detail and production craftsmanship are just as impossible to avoid as the physical, body-minded groove.

'Radiophobia' is equally distinctive. Charged with a penetrative two-step drum arrangement and another instantly hooky riff, there's a captivating sense of drama programmed into every element. Conjuring a masterful sense of groove theatrics, the breakdown strips the track back to a bare pad before all elements are triggered in unison for a high impact second drop. Peppered with naughty nuances and subtle twists, we guarantee you'll hear something new on every listen.

Two examples of drum & bass at its most stark, progressive and forward-thinking; two reasons why we reckon Kelle is on a one track mission to the D&B premier league. It's time, as always, to get with the Program!

Fresh off the success of Versus Volume One, Volume Two of Lossless Music's various artist EP series features more fresh underground talent hand picked by CEO Soul Intent.

Tim Reaper, Melani & Silo take pride of place with "Finite Motion". Beautiful, somber and full of percussion detail this is a track that could well feature on such imprints as Exit or Metalheadz. London based Paragon who brings his unique mix of ominous and sinister vibes with "Again & Again". Artilect (formally known as Deeperheightz) hails from Manchester and delivers a tough n ruff roller in the form of "Kush". Lastly Soul Intent brings some serious breakbeat edits alongside eerie cinematic atmospherics with "Eyes Open".

* Detboi was bought to Metalheadz attention via Special Request and immediately signed up for a project. As it turned out Detboi was a long life Metalheadz fan and the news of the signing could was absolute music to the Dubliners ears. Goldie immediately added his sparkle to the title track Joyride whilst Detboi polished off the rest of the EP. We look forward to releasing more of his music.

Always existing simultaneously as an insider and outsider in the drum and bass scene,Digital comes through with his fourth album entitled 'Synthesis'. As the title implies, this album brings together a host of collaborators, each lending their unique styles to the tracks.

Always innovating and evolving his distinct sound, the bassline architect Digital wanted to have a different approach to this album project. I've made a conscious effort to move away from an album that has only one sound which is quite the formula these days with electronic music. With this album, each collaborator contributes their unique styles to a collective synthesised vision.' says Digital.

In the process of making this album, he personally travelled around to collaborate with each producer as opposed to sending files through the internet. Digital explains I'd much prefer to get a vibe off in the studio personally and the results feel more authentic, more real when you're in the studio together. And as a result of working on this album, I feel that we've formed a collective of sorts that is larger than this project.'

This release has been divided into 4 parts, each standing on it's own strength in a DJ friendly vinyl format as well as a digital release for each.

We're happy to announce the next EP on MethXX by Villem (Mute) & Phase. Villem and Phase have brought some guests along for the ride in vocalist Steo and McLeod. The EP is an accomplished piece of work, it's a great partnership between Villem and Phase and we're happy to be putting it out.

* Beta 2 has consistently been making amazing music for a very long time and has come through the doors of Headz HQ with some gems, now it's time for him to give us a full EP of his own work.

* As expected the aesthetic is varied in it and all tracks stand up against one another. We look forward to more from Beta 2 on the label.

Commix expands on the 'Generation' EP series. Part 1 was a reintroduction via new material peppered with older material.

EP 2 is all new material and very excited to be able to release it. The EP spans BPMs and palettes, it's the sound of Commix not only sharing his influences but adding to those influences with his own contributions. Already a firm favourite with the electronic music scene the EP is a exactly what we want to hear from Commix at this point in time.

The sampler kicks off with 'Sirens Song' feat Robert Manos, typically cinematic work from Dom with Robert Manos' trademark vocals, the drum work is some of Doms finest to date.

* 'Tone Poem' has been a highlight of Goldie's sets for the last few months and its easy to see why: big bass and lashing drums make this one an instant wheel up

* This full length album for Headz from Jungle Drum & Bass alumni Dom & Roland comes at a perfect time for the artist and the label, it follows his massive "Outta Endz / Unofficial Jah remix"release and comes at a time where the label has been at its most fertile in recent memory.

* The album harks back to pioneering 90s aesthetic of the music but it doesn't feel retrospective, in fact it feels futuristic- a thread that Dom has made sure ties all his work together. The reference points for the album stretch far and wide, from the inspiring and equally green eyed Sunday Sessions at Blue Note to RZA's approach to sampling.

* Dom's own words on the album perhaps shed the most light:
"The album is inspired and processed via a collection of moments I had through growing up, the things i was into, memories of good and bad times i'd had and the music i was listening to at the time'
Collaborations are kept sparse and potent, US legend Hive turns in a very rare appearance on "D.M.T"and vocal features come from Robert Manos and Natalie Duncan.

The album is Dom & Roland exorcising his artistic demons and we're proud to be releasing the project on Metalheadz.

J:Kenzo heads back to 31 Records with two new tracks from his arsenal. 'Sykura' encaptures the vibe of '97 / '98 drum and bass with its soundscapes and twisted analog synths, whereas 'Assemble' keeps the traditional 2 step rolling style with energy throughout.

We warmly welcome back Kettel who makes his return to Clone/DUB records since his debut Cenny Crush 15 years ago (which was followed by the brilliant Whisper Me Wishes in 2007). After a hiatus of 3 years since his last release Kettel is releasing his new album on Clone Records. The talented musician has been busy with producing music for computer games and commercials, but is now offering a fine selection of pieces he has made in the last couple years with this full length in mind. The result is a playful, inspiring, eclectic, delicate, melodic, well-balanced and brilliantly produced album fuzzing elements of electronica, classical music, jazz and techno stirred into flawless, memorable compositions. As a 90's kid Kettel has always been inspired by the early electronica pioneers (whose names don't even need to be mentioned... everyone knows who we're talking about right), and on this album too you can hear some of the aesthetics of those late 90's productions, but adopted into Kettel's unique world of confident rhythms and melodies filled with expression. The music on this record has a lyrical quality to it and is so expertly written that it does not strictly depend on it's electronical environment: these compositions would still stand firm performed on whatever combination of instruments. Another lovely and magical release by Kettel thats spreading good vibes from the first to the last second!

* "7 Rooms" is an album that was born in the rooms of an house accompanied only by the moonlight and the union of spirit, mind and heart, which give rise to a succession of compositions by jazz nuances, neo-melodic and electro-acoustic. All this is part of an intent that little strives to bring the listener in scattered places of imagination, giving freedom of movement within their musical journey. "Hanged" electro-acoustic song by low and soft lines are linked with the mystical sound of drum, played strictly by hand. "Detonica" is a piece where rhythm of past ages are transformed into a sinuous ballad, punctuated by the crescendo of a plot that thickens as it scrolls with the inclusion of classical and electronic instruments. The fullness of this passage is immediate transportation. "Confidential Love" A song by the fresh air like a late spring afternoon, which mixes acoustic and electronic instruments for a nice chemistry between melody and absence of rhythm.

* "WoolCover", the embrace of a love of neighbor, love love, narrow; the love that you have next, love you breathe, love unfiltered, the love that homogeneous thoughts and feelings of the listener. (Voice by Anna Fabri). In "Malinchonica" sounds and melodies are more gloomy structured. "Light Pipe", a leap in a purely electronic piece with broken rhythms but softened by melodies. "Velocity" sounds scratchy, high-speed, characterized by the Drum 'n' Bass sound. A project created by the "observation" of the schizophrenic society.
