New 5-track EP The Raven by Austin's MAGNET SCHOOL in February 2024! Magnet School formed in 2004 in Austin, TX With a distinct sonic alternative rock style that stands alone in a sea of underground music, their unique tunings and approach to songwriting have earned them a place in Texas & Worldwide as a class act. Chosen as a Buzz-catcher Band by Spin Magazine in 07' for their amazing debut "Tonight!", toured the UK/Europe 08', & toured Japan in 2018.

A four-piece band based in Tokyo.

Initially playing reggae/dub music, the band gradually developed into an innovative fusion of diverse musical influences, such as jazz, soul, psyche pop, new age, and exotica. A sound is based on groove and euphoria, with nostalgic melodies.

They have performed at iconic events in Japan such as Fuji Rock Festival, and also have been looking overseas since they performed in Canada(Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver) in 2019. The new EP "Ramble In The Rainbow"(2024) is their first international release on the US label Peoples Potential Unlimited.

The work shows their musical maturity, drawing inspiration from Sun Ra, Lee "Scratch" Perry, and Yasuaki Shimizu.

Dropping full Sweat EP with a very Chillout Mix by the mighty Locked Club and groovy jacking workout by Kovyazin D! Big TIP! Errortica has been smashing it really hard lately, vibing the big room and setting up the heat level of prime time slots (just watch her legendary STVOL.TV set and you can get an idea, how sweaty it was). Utilizing her experience of early years playing in garage bands and the experience as an in-demand DJ, Errortica comes with a fresh and original approach for production on Sweat and Get Down. Break-beat, balearic, jersey and bass music, Sasha denies genre borders, and incorporates what she plays out into her own new music world. Calligraphic sampling, re-sampling, vocal recording and processing via guitar FX pedals, heavy drum programming, - the creative flow here has been also very sweaty, and so is the final result. Negative Time! The new 12" vinyl EP of Xenomorph has a name that suits our global crisis. The best way to face these dark times is through the therapeutic powers of music. This 3-track 12" EP is the harbinger for the upcoming album "Netherverse" in early 2024. Fans of Mark Petrick know what to expect for sure. Goa-trance with a darker twist, but still filled with powerful melodies, unique kicks and psychedelic effects

The opening track, Negative Time, is a musical interpretation of zero point energy creation and quantum physics. Cutting, yet melodic goa-riffs take the listener on a journey backward in time through a mix of darkness leading to a positively melodic final. Danger on the High Seas is a deeper, more straightforward technoish track where light and dark are doing a wonderful mating dance between the crests of the high waves. The song was inspired by the mysterious vanishing of flight-19 in the bermuda triangle. The last track, Lost In An Old Junkyard, is known to the people that bought the Carpe Noctem compilation on Suntrip. But now it is available on vinyl as well as a different mix: the Tow Hook Mix! This track is the most classic Xenomorph track. Alienated tearing effects, mixed with exalted melodies.

Apnea concludes an eventful 2023 with "Sulitkveteba EP" by Tbilisi's Hamatsuki. Recognized for past releases on Fantastic Planet and Mind Controller Rectifier, Hamatsuki crafts a three-track journey that explores the depths of music.

Fusing sustained lo-fi pads, ethereal gated echoing vocals, and entrancing trippy acid lines, this EP resonates with a nostalgic rave essence. Each track takes listeners on a vivid sonic adventure, capturing the spirit of bygone rave eras while infusing a fresh perspective into the beats.

The Vinyl Only label rolls on towards its 20th release here with Mar De Novo serving up the irresistible Apericena EP. 'Quantity Check' is a low-slung funker with noodling baselines and nice loose percussive rhythms under some exotic vocals. 'Blue Eyes Clear' is a more lavish and downtempo number of chilling by the Med come sundown and then comes Ryu's Rub of 'Quantity Check' which is more funky and fat-bottomed. 'Nao Fazer Nado' rounds out an escapist EP with some dreamy melodic chill-out sounds that will have you gazing off to the stars.

Krafty Kuts and DJ Robert Smith have teamed up to highlight the skills they are best at. Krafty Kuts is known for his unique beats from Hip Hop to Ghetto Funk. DJ Robert Smith on the other hand is famous for his scratches and turntable work. After Krafty passed on a few beats to DJRS about 2 years ago, Smith quickly realized that he wanted to create an EP from these beats with the help of his worldwide connections. The first song to receive rap vocals was "Here I Come" ft. Wildelux, who delivered in no time. The vision was strengthened and more feature requests followed: Supastition, 1773, BambuDeAsiatic and Slimkid3 who took Moonbeam Kelly on board. Within a very short time a masterpiece of first-class artists was created. The "Krafty Smith EP"!

1773 are Wisdm Uno & Jay Nagoma from Chicago. They have worked together with Ohmega Watts, Othello & Bombeardo and among others. Katjuscha is a friend of DJ Robert Smith circle of friends. She is an absolute singing talent with an incredibly insane ability to perform live on stage. What a voice!
