Smallville is happy to welcome Axel Fischer aka El Kazed to the family, proudly presenting his very own SXB Deep Tales, hitting the stores worldwide in May 2026 as Part 1 & 2. El Kazed is a DJ & producer from Strasbourg, France. Together with a group of like-minded friends, he is running Ordinaire Records– a vinyl imprint fully dedicated to House music. The collective is throwing parties and a festival, building an underground house community in the heart of the Alsace Region.
Next to releases on his own imprint, El Kazed also appeared on Chez Damiers' „House Of Chez“ label, contributing a track to catalogue number 01, as well as releasing on Brawther's Interweaved label. Stay True Sounds presents ‘Stay True Cutz Vol. 9’, the ninth vinyl edition in the label’s ‘Cutz’ series, curated by Kid Fonque. Drawn from the label’s most recent catalogue, this selection brings together four essential South African house cuts for discerning ears and dancefloors.

Side A opens with beatsbyhand ft. Sio – ‘Trick Me’, a deep house reinterpretation of Kelis’ classic, reshaped into a soulful, floor-ready anthem carried by Sio’s assured vocal. It’s followed by Tea White’s ‘Earth Over Us’, a textured and emotive 3-step instrumental that leans into a more ambient, introspective space.

On the flip, Thabo Tonick’s ‘The Source’ delivers forward-facing 3-step with signature sampling and tight, purposeful builds. Closing the release, Nutty Nys offers ‘Never’ - a low-slung, heavyweight deep house cut layered with blues-tinged soul and unmistakable South African groove.

There are two versions of the vinyl edition: classic 140g black record or limited (Universe Edition) 140g black + 7" black vinyl with two bonus tracks.


WE ARE THE BIOBOTS is an album by Michal Baj (DJ Eprom), who has ties to Silesia. It will be released on 21th January 2026, by the legendary Polish label JuNouMi Records (est. 2002). WE ARE THE BIOBOTS is an album that not only talks about technological progress, but also touches on the digitization of human consciousness in the 21st century. Although it discusses the dangers of AI development, no artificial intelligence was used in its creation.

The album features legendary hip hop DJs, including the art of scratching. The album will feature the most outstanding DJs from Poland, England, the USA, and Japan. Thanks to this, the album has a chance to gain a broader, international context. Eprom's professional experience to date has allowed him to bring together such a wide range of artists and bring them together on the album, including:

Michal Baj is a multi-talented musician, artist, and music producer born in Jastrzebie-Zdroj, as well as the owner of the analog Eprom Sounds Studio, where tracks based on mixing and mastering are produced and gain worldwide recognition.

The inspiration for the album is Eprom's connection to Silesia. His work at the KWK Borynia mine, surrounded by heavy equipment and mining technology, became a direct inspiration for creating a musical story about people, machines, as well as the directions of technological development and the impact they have on society.

Another track that is going for big money on reseller sites is Romantic 2001 by DJ Deller. With this minimal 2 step riddim having sold for up to £120. This is definitely one for the collectors.

Funkaholics aka Jeremy Sylvester rounds off the first piece of vinyl on this album with the bass heavy Down 2 Da Ground.

Vinyl 2 kicks off with the sing-a-long classic from 1998, Anthill Mobs’s track Don’t Leave Me, followed hotly by the speed garage sounds of Body Grooving by M.F. Project.

High Focus Records are proud to present the latest collaboration from Verb T & Illinformed. ‘Stranded in Foggy Times’ both continues and completes the trilogy that began back in 2015, with ‘The Man with the Foggy Eyes’, before broadening the horizons with last year’s release ‘The Land of the Foggy Skies’. This final chapter returns to the same conceptual landscape as its predecessors, but also sees Verb T & Illinformed returning to a more classic approach to album making. In spite of its concept, the Foggy Trilogy is something of a personal outpouring for Verb T, with the original aim being to vicariously discuss the trials and tribulations that play a part in his life, including his struggles with chronic illness and the feeling of alienation from leaving his hometown, while also reflecting on the state of the world as a whole. Their approach to making the album meant taking it back to the most natural form, where the idea for the track would be outlined, Illinformed would make the beat, Verb T would write to it and then they would tweak and adjust accordingly. The result is 19 of the most finely crafted tracks to emerge from the UK shores this year. As with the previous albums, ‘Stranded in Foggy Times’ finds Illinformed moving away from the more rugged sound that has shrouded the British scene over the last few months, thanks to his collaborations with the likes of Datkid and Wish Master, instead providing Verb T with an arguably more mellow backdrop. From the string and piano driven introduction on ‘Legacy’, to the blissful head-nod vibes of the closing track, ‘Blind Faith’, the union between beats and rhymes sits at the perfect level. The album also boasts one of the most impressive guestlists of the year, one that is very much a product of both players’ worlds. Thanks to Illinformed’s Bristol connection, there are features from the likes of Res One, Datkid, Leaf Dog, Smellington Piff and Chillman, as well as some locally sourced cuts from DJ Rogue. While on Verb T’s side of the fence, we have features from Rye Shabby and Moreone, along with a collaboration that reignites the same creative spark he found in his early days, as King Kashmere steps into the booth on Feeling Strange. All in all, ‘Stranded in Foggy Times’ does exactly what it sets out to do, by drawing the trilogy to a close while also providing insights into Verb T’s personal world and the world at large. After running a sound system and studying electronics overseas, Spanish Town-based Harry Mudie began releasing rhythm and blues recordings by local performers, enjoying more concerted success during the reggae era of the late 1960s and mid-1970s, crafting lasting hits with artists like Dennis Walks and the Spanish Town-based toaster I Roy.

The first volume of the Dub Conference series, made with King Tubby, has stripped-down cuts of some of Mudie’s greatest productions, including ‘Lorna’s Dance,’ a percussion and horns take of ‘Caught You In A Lie’, and a strings cut of the Heptones’ ‘Love Without Feeling.’

Originally released on CD in Japan in 2003, as a love letter & thank you to his Japanese fans. Recorded at home, produced, engineered & mixed by Matthew Sweet (bass, guirars & vocals) with the classic ‘Girlfriend’ era lineup of Ric Menck (drums), Greg Leisz (guitars) and the genius electric lead guitar of Television’s Richard Lloyd. The sleeve art is by renowned artist Yoshimoto Nara. In the liner notes, Sweet describes the album's title as an attempt at reverse English: "If I did it correctly, the title should seem a little strange or wrong, but still meaningful! The true definition is supposed to be a 'love you' life, one devoted to loving someone or something, even life itself!"

Emotional Response presents the first of 2 EPs by Laura Sparrow aka LNS, the Calgary raised, Berlin based producer and DJ with 8 acid-tinged cuts that are equally expansive and inspiring, personal and inventive.

After her debut Malinge Range (cassette) on fellow native Canadian 1080p label in 2016, LNS moved to Berlin and has released a steady stream of 12”s, exploring ambient, dub, electro and techno. Initially appearing on Vancouver émigré’s Jayda G’s (alongside Fett Burger) Freakout Cult label before settling at DJ Sotofett’s cult WANIA label and more recently on the legendary and ‘original’ German techno label, Tresor.

A love of the Roland TR-303, alongside deep diving into breakbeat creation, manipulation, mutation and production, plus some intrepid mixing and post-production assistance, development and support with DJ Sofofett, have led to a collection of some of her favourite music to date.

LNS-ID 1 and LNS ID 2 are the result. Recorded during a burst of creativity through dedication, new studio equipment and learning techniques, as well the necessity of artistic expression in the moment.

Two sets of four tracks based on the acid tradition in the more restless corners of 90s and early 00s Braindance. Acid lines drive the melodies, while drums move between sliced break fragments and the familiar sounds of the Rolant TR-606 and TR-808.

Pads drift in with a warm glow or at times, quiet ghostly tension. The results are music that leans towards atmosphere and memory, something almost nostalgic that was built for those of us who still chase the more expressive edges of acid.

For its eighth release, Distant Gaze welcomes Ruksby with Phosphene Cognition, the artist’s debut EP on the label. Known for his hypnotic acid energy and cold, driving groove, Ruksby has developed a distinct sonic signature resonating with both classic rave devotees and listeners of indie-leaning electronic music.

The EP opens with two original cuts. “Imagination” moves in a trancy and hypnotic direction, where slow pulsating TB-303 lines and drifting acid leads unfold through a dark, steady groove. “Illusion” follows with a sharper, more aggressive edge, pushing acid frequencies and overdriven synths into tighter late-night territory. Both tracks stand as focused dancefloor pieces driven by Ruksby’s balance of tension and intensity.

On the B-side, two remixes expand the release. Long-time label friend Mike Sacchetti delivers an acid-driven dancefloor weapon built around a relentless pulsating bassline. Closing the record, Rambal Cochet offers a Goa-inspired chill-out reinterpretation, providing a calm and spacious conclusion.

Presenting the 2nd in the series of Persian remix EPs, following the bumping Dub House remakes from Picasso, the label is joined by Yorkshire’s own young electronic folklore master, a fast-rising name, Miles J Paralysis.

Whereas Picasso took the first Dubplate ‘Space Within Art’, here Miles J delves in to the follow up ‘Smoke Dub’, turning out a selection of dubwise cuts that build on the dark electronics of his excellent debut releases for his Crying Outcast label.

Yorkshire born and based, with a love for the Moors, as well as the teachings of lore, magick and mysticism, this young producer has been emersed in music since a young age, with a penchant of Dub, Hip Hop and Reggae.

Starting with Survival Dub, the anthemic Ragga Dub original morphs into 2 parts, first heading down Paralysis’s alley of dark and brooding production marrying perfect touches of the vocal samples, before the amen break builds the track to the light.

Smoke Mari follows, the languid Digibreaks chugger, utilizing Linval Thompson’s iconic vocals, now comes as a deep meditative Dub excursion. Stripped back to a raw essence, the vocals whirl, while hypnotic keys and dub bass complete the psychedelic mosaic.

There Is No Love is modern dub style, off beat syncopation, reverb, tape delays and heavy vocal sampling all in the mix. The breakbeats of the original are jettisoned for a Dub (Drug) Chug, the atmospherics seeking the dark corners. “These are the last days; can’t you see the sunshine…”

Zatoichi’s Troubles ends the pack, the trip hop, Depth Charge dub bass cut transforms at the mixing desk of Miles J in to Dub Techno territory, haunting, melodic. Miles J’s love of the deeper side of electronic music expanded. Club music but not produced for clubs. Made for the discerning.

Paralysis the Mystery.

Making his first appearance on Flat White Records, NYC’s Malik Hendricks arrives with Stretching, a four-track EP that leans comfortably into the grey space between Deep House and Techno. Across three original cuts, Hendricks delivers warm, hypnotic, and quietly confident sounds that are unmistakably his own.

Rounding out the release is a remix from London-based, Spain-born producer Beringei. Known for his broken-beat excursions, Beringei with a 4x4 workout that still carries his unmistakable percussive touch, proving that even when stepping outside his usual lane, his identity remains firmly intact.

With previous releases on respected imprints like Eglo, Darker Than Wax, and Phuture Shock Muzik, Hendricks arrives in trusted company, thus making it an easy call to hand him the reins for our 15th release.

Born in the ’80s and raised in the ’90s, Malik Hendricks is a product of transatlantic club culture, drawing inspiration from Detroit’s futurism, New York’s grit, and the UK’s rhythmic experimentation. A DJ for over a decade, he approaches music with an almost academic curiosity, seeing the dancefloor as a shared space for cultural exchange.

Recently, his work has caught the attention of heavyweights like Eli Escobar, Byron the Aquarius, James Bangura, and Roy Vision, all stepping in to remix his material. With Stretching, Hendricks continues to prove that subtlety, craft, and groove still go a very long way.

Horsemen make their debut on Small Great Things with Southbound, a warm and colourful EP made to ease the winter blues.

Drawing from a wide palette of house influences, the record showcases the duo’s versatility and depth beyond a single formula. The release follows Horsemen’s first year as residents at Small Great House, the label’s monthly party at OXI Berlin, including its beloved summer open airs that helped shape the sound of this EP. Southbound also introduces their first collaboration with vocalist Guya.

While the A-side sets a relaxed tone with disco and jazzy influences, perfect for those summer open-airs, the B-side shifts firmly into club territory, delivering two dancefloor-proven cuts for the night.

The A-side opens with Make Me Feel Excited, an almost disco-tinged summer anthem driven by a distinctive sample. It is followed by Napoliballa, featuring Guya on vocals, a sun-soaked jazzy track with playful rhythms. The side closes with Lighter Days, a moody piano-led track that adds a deeper, more dreamy tone.

The B-side moves into club territory, with Running offering a driving, floor-focused cut led by a bold organ hook, followed by a faster, more club-oriented version of Napoliballa.

For the fifth volume of the Disco Goodies series, Sundries continues its tradition of delivering carefully hand-picked selections designed to satisfy every vinyl enthusiast, presenting a wide ranging collection of disco oriented cuts. From vocal-heavy disco edits like DJ Laurel’s “Rock The World” and Save The Robots’ “Warm Injections,” to classic disco-house fusions such as the irresistibly catchy, eyes-closed groover “Keep Me Loving U” by Gigi Croccante, and “Like A Fool” by Berlin based producer Shabi driven by Chic-style clipped guitar sample ,delivers pure dancefloor energy with character and warmth. Flipping to the B side, you’ll find the slow-mo disco jam “Keep It Coming,” a proto disco soul rework by producer Ben Jamin. GMGN closes the compilation in style, teasing out a hypnotic cut-up loop and layering it over a hazy, late-night atmosphere elevated by lush sax sections.

Tied returns with its next vinyl-only release, timed for the spring and summer season. Mr Chic EP brings together four groove-led House & Tech House cuts from two emerging artists: three originals by Lose Endz, alongside a remix from Velvet Velour.

“Mr. Chic” opens with a smooth combination of tight drums, warm chords, and soft pads. Subtle ’90s House references sit within a modern, functional framework, resulting in a steady, floor-focused track.

Velvet Velour’s take on “Mr. Chic” introduces his characteristic swing and rhythmic phrasing. While retaining core elements, the groove and structure are reshaped, giving the track a more dynamic, driving feel.

“Churruca” moves deeper, built around a driving groove and evolving chords that gradually unfold into a Detroit-leaning progression. The arrangement develops patiently, creating a hypnotic, immersive feel.

On “Let The Acid Begin”, a rolling 303 line introduces a rawer edge. Vocal snippets and acid textures interact with a consistent groove, keeping the track direct and effective for later hours.

Across all four tracks, the EP stays grounded in groove and function—crafted for extended play, from warm-up through to more intense moments on the floor.

The ENSOULED EDITS series begins by showcasing the work of Cee Alassad, a Moroccan producer famed for his previously digital-only reworks of historic cuts from his native country. It's these reworks Alassad offers up on his first vinyl outing for the freshly minted series. He begins with 'Tekere', a lightly house-style revision of a simply sublime workout - all bouncy, layered percussion, glistening guitars, righteous horns, heady vocals and chunky kick-drums. Over on side B, he tackles another cut from the same artist, joining the dots between 21st century Afro-house, synth-laden Afro-disco and far-sighted, tech-tinged grooves.

MUSICA SOLIDA Vol. 3 finally touches down.

More unknown artist business from the Only Music Matters crew and it's a case of more essential minimal across three fresh cuts. The first manages to pair the sort of drive you need to keep you locked with some swirling, heady pads that encourage letting your mind wander. After that full-sided odyssey, 'BBB001B' stars the flip with tighter, more rubbery drums and bass and alien sounds weaving in and out. 'BBB002B' shuts down with some tech-y loops and a little more menace and mischief in the clipped vocals and wispy synth modulations.

There is a strong sense of craftsmanship throughout this release, hardware-driven, deeply textured, and full of character. MS14 brings together Myles Serge and Jamie Bissmire for a powerful journey into wonderfully raw, analog-rooted techno. And When the Sky Was Open captures the spirit of classic Detroit-infused machine music while pushing it forward with depth, soul, and precision. The record feels both timeless and immediate, balancing driving rhythm structures with a spacious, atmospheric edge that gives it a distinctive emotional weight. Following their standout debut on Spectra with 'Time To Change', Bulgaria's finest dance music export KiNK & Raredub return to the Mutual Rytm universe to launch the label's new sub-series: Mutual Rytm Raw. Their latest release, 'You And Me', marks the next step in their collaboration - two stripped-back yet anthemic cuts that embody their signature sound: "Rude Boy Techno", a fusion of techno's drive with the swing and grit of UK Garage. Mood Child returns with Various Moods Vol. 5, a razor-sharp six-track album curated by Manda Moor and Sirus Hood. Scissor and Thread presents Tailored Cuts, Vol. 06, a four-track selection that accompanies the digital compilation album. All four tracks appear on vinyl for the first time. Opening the A-side is a brand new and exclusive dub mix of Soela & Module One’s Drowning, reworked by Matthias Reiling (one half of Session Victim). Originally taken from Soela’s Dark Portrait album, the track is reshaped here into a spacious and hypnotic dub that emphasizes texture, atmosphere and patient groove. "I have been a fan of both Soela's and Module One's music for quite a while now," says Reiling, "so getting the chance to remix their collaboration from Soela's beautiful Dark Portrait album is a huge honor. I tried to keep the elegant and somewhat tender synth work close to it's original spirit and combine it with simple drumkit samples, acoustic guitar, electric bass and a dash of space echo. The process put me in a slightly eerie, yet romantic mood, which, so I hope, translates a little when listening to the result."
Also on the A-side, Black Light Smoke’s Love Triangle appears in ZG’s remix, a lush and understated reimagining that balances warmth with rhythmic precision. On the B-side, Hidden Spheres remix of Francis Harris’ Earth Moves feat. Eliana Glass appears alongside DaRand Land’s Passion Motion from his album Wander Being, "a more upbeat ride, with melodic overtones that drive the “passion”. Personally, it’s my interpretation of some of the sounds from mid-90’s Chicago." says DaRand Land.

King Street Remixed – Dam Swindle revisits classic material from the legendary King Street Sounds catalogue, with Dutch duo Dam Swindle delivering three fresh interpretations of timeless house cuts.

Featuring vocals and productions from house mainstays Arnold Jarvis, DJ Pierre and 95 North, the EP blends classic King Street with Dam Swindle’s signature deep house sound.

Warm basslines, musical chords and groove-driven drums give these remixes strong crossover appeal between soulful house fans and modern deep house DJs, with all three cuts built for dancefloor play.

Importantly, this marks the first time these Dam Swindle remixes have been available on vinyl, making the release appealing for both DJs and collectors of the King Street catalogue.
