*More classic UK roots gets revived from Partial Records, this time in the shape of a pair
of hot shots from the vaults of the Jah Works stable and roots daughter Donette Forte.
* `Homeward Bound' is taken from the now long-deleted Donette Forte LP from 1991 `Wilderness', and this welcome reissue comes backed with previously unreleased dub cut `Dub Train'
* Mixed and produced by Rej 'Jah Rej' Forte at Channel One UK studio.
* Donette is recently back on the road touring with her new band Urban Lions after an absence of 20 years

*Restless Marshaits hailing from Geneva are based around the core of Jil and Stuff. They released a sizeable amount of new roots classics throughout the 1990s and 2000s. Recently becoming active again, they are best remembered for the sessions they recorded at Kingston, Jamaica in the mid/late 90s with legendary musicians such as Vin Gordon, Deadly Headly and Dizzy Moore. The original releases have been since long deleted, but some are now unearthed thanks to Partial Records.
* This uplifting blazing horns instrumental `King of Kings' is another bonafide classic which was originally released in 1999.
* This is an alternative cut to the one previously released, plus the dub cut `King of Version' has never been heard before until now.

*Another classic from dubwise heavyweights Alpha & Omega arrives on 45 for the first time.
*This appeared on the now deleted `Safe in the Ark' album from 1994.

The third in the Modular Techno series from live analogue artist and Freerotation organiser Steevio.
After 15 years of producing techno live on hardware, in 2009 Steevio began building a dedicated machine on which he could totally improvise an entire techno performance from a blank canvas that far surpassed anything he could do with his previous setup of drum machines and synthesizers. Steevio's modular is 100% analogue; there is no computer involved, there are no memories to save sounds or sequencing patterns, and everything is improvised in real time..
Volumes 1 and 2 of the series were just a taster of what was to come, and were the early experimentations on Steevio's newly built machine. Steevio records everything he does, especially during the intense practice sessions for live gigs. All the music in the series are out-takes from these practice sessions, and the tracks from Volume 3 and the forthcoming Volume 4 all come from a three day period in practice for a recent live gig at Delete, Bournemouth, UK.
Volume 3 continues from where Volume 2 left off but delivered with more confidence and a deeper more hypnotic feel. Steevio continues to develop his skills and fine tunes his unique instrument in this dedicated 'for life' project.
