WRWTFWW Records is very happy to announce the release of Renga, the new collaborative album from Gak Sato and Tadahiko Yokogawa - available on limited edition LP (300 copies worldwide !) housed in a heavyweight sleeve with inside out print of a beautiful artwork by Aoi Huber Kono.
Renga (??, linked poem) is a genre of Japanese collaborative poetry in which alternating stanzas, or ku (?), of 5-7-5 and 7-7 morae (sound units or syllables per line) are linked in succession by multiple poets.
Inspired by the traditional Japanese poetic form of linked verses, Renga unfolds as a fluid 10-track journey spanning ambient, jazz, breakbeats, electronica, environmental music, techno, cinematic, library music, and musique concrète. Much like its literary namesake, the album is built on intuition and shared momentum, each piece emerging from what came before while opening new paths forward. Beats appear, disappear, then reassemble, while textures shift between organic warmth and electronic abstraction. The result is music that resists fixed categorization, existing somewhere between known subgenres and free-form exploration.
The album's visual counterpart, created by Aoi Huber Kono, mirrors the sensibility of the music. It's elegant, modern, and quietly expressive, extending the idea of linked forms from sound into image.

Unic presents the sixth installment of its vinyl series with Transparency EP by Romanian producer Faster, now back in stock as a 2 x 12" pack, combining the original releases.

Breaking ground with this release, the Ruere Records head showcases his detailed production approach across four cuts. Blending German and Romanian influences, Transparency EP unfolds as a rhythmic and carefully constructed journey, built for impact on and off the dancefloor.

With intricate structures and a strong sense of flow, the record highlights Faster’s ability to craft precise, driving Minimal House and Techno with depth and clarity.

Clock Poets returns with Get Down, the seventh release on the label and a floor-focused statement from Spanish producer Baltazar, based in Palma de Mallorca and founder of the Sapernika platform. Known for selecting and developing distinct, groove-centred voices from the underground, Clock Poets hands the reins to an artist who understands hypnosis, repetition and tension as tools rather than effects.

The A-side, “Get Down”, is a pumping minimal cut shaped by slightly tribal percussion loops and a locked-in groove that builds momentum through subtle shifts rather than overt peaks. Hypnotic male vocal samples circle like a mantra, weaving ritual into rhythm as the track steadily tightens its grip on the floor. On “Try On Trust Me”, the formula expands: a female vocal, washed in reverb and echo, floats between melodic textures and soft pads, creating a more spacious, emotive framework while maintaining the same disciplined drive and forward motion. Closing the record, “On My Way” dives deeper — a stripped-back 4/4 minimal construction infused with Arabic and double harmonic scale influences. Spatial, meditative and profoundly hypnotic, it stretches time and space, offering a moment of emotional suspension within the dancefloor continuum.

With Get Down, Baltazar doesn’t chase trends — he commits to groove, sophisticated repetition and unique atmospheres. In doing so, he both reinforces Clock Poets’ sonic identity and injects it with a fresh, trance-like intensity, proving once again the label’s consistency without predictability.

On the B side, Helsinki mainstay Kaiunta brings a dramatic flourish to mid tempo creeper ‘Phantasm’, matching a densely packed rumble of live drums with sweeps of nervy atmospherics and a murky inversion of the classic gated trance lead. 53X rounds out the Nazar mission towards broad BPMs and fresh ideas with a crunchy swerve towards sample-heavy downtempo laced with a generous dose of psychedelics and angular noise.

Our next 7” release welcomes young and talented key player Stefano Nardon from Vicenza, Italy.
The record features two jazz-infused broken beat compositions, performed and recorded live, capturing an intimate and organic session feel.
On the A side, “Mangrovia” unfolds as a warm, floating piece built around Fender Rhodes textures, subtle harmonies and a slow-burning groove. A deep and immersive cut, balancing between jazz lounge aesthetics and cinematic mood.
The B side, “Underwater”, was created in collaboration with drummer Stefano Cosi (Padova). His live drum contribution adds movement and depth, giving the track a more dynamic pulse while maintaining the introspective character of the release.

After a two-year hiatus, Parisian imprint Visage returns stronger than ever. For this new chapter, the label proudly reunites with two of Romania's most refined producers. Sublee delivers two original cuts, warm, impactful, and imbued with that unmistakable touch of melancholy he masters so well. On the remix side, Cristi Cons brings his signature precision and energy, crafting a powerful rework set to turn dancefloors upside down.

Rocksteady Disco returns with more heat for the heads, this time from Glenn Echo & Daniel Meinecke delivering a stunning 7" that bridges various eras of dancefloor magic. Their take on Sylvester and Patrick Cowley's 'I Need Somebody To Love Tonight' is pure cosmic seduction with New Orleans vocalist Mark-Anthony Thomas channelling Sylvester's spirit while Meinecke's synth work and Glenn's rich production elevate the classic into a shimmering modern anthem. Flip it and Lucky 7s takes a left turn into dub-funk psychedelia with chunky drums, low-slung bass, wild time signatures and futuristic vocoder texture. Red hot so handle with care.

Transient Response is a storytelling of moods in motion, from city to city, situation to situation from China-born, London-based artist Guohan. Side A opens with ‘Don’t Forget Your Hiss’, a funky dusty groove built around the repeated phrase ‘带走我的’ gradually unfolding into ‘带走我和你的故事’ meaning ‘bring along the stories of yours and mine’. ‘First Light’ follows as a percussive MPC-driven slow burner, capturing a swirling summer day in the studio.
Side B starts with ‘Seeds of Tomorrow’, a mellow drive through thoughts with a broken groove constructed with drum machine, djembe and shaker. Growing synths and bassline from the analogue devices keep your head nodding and feet moving. Backed with a remix from Xiamen-based artist Knopha.

From the minds of Steingold & Brian Kage comes a late-night creature feature for the dancefloor, it's the Gremlins EP. Bursting out of the speakers like an 80s summer blockbuster, the Original Mix crashes UK Garage vibes into raw techno energy, channeling the spirit of Armand Van Helden, Josh Wink, and Daft Punk into one unstoppable acid-laden groove. The Electro Mix rewires the track with neon circuitry and robotic funk that'll make even Gizmo get down, while the Dub Tech Mix dives deep into hypnotic Detroit-style classic machine soul. Three mixes, one monster release...press play after midnight but don’t feed the Gremlins.

Let's start by explaining what "FLATCORE" is; which is represented on this 3rd vinyl from this special serie on Flatlife Records: Flatcore is a cross between Hardcore, Progressive Trance, ACID and Hard Trance with a wink to the '90s. A concept from the mind of Jack Wax, who himself is incredibly fascinated and passionate about the more progressive hard trance movements of the '90s.

First track from Jack: "What The World Is Becoming To" is a serious question. AI, robots that do everything for you, wars, the internet; so much that has happening in the past 50 years, and where is it all becoming to?
Jack is supported on this release by "Dysistor"; this artist has also released music as DJ Hidden and Scorch and is also one half of "The Outside Agency." Then there's fresh talent on the B-side: TRIPHAZ from France. A fantastic, dark flatcore banger; he sent it as a demo, and Jack immediately jumped up and started screaming that he wanted it for this project.

So in total; a fantastic flatcore release, limited to 200 copies pressed on white vinyl. If you
like the harder stuff... check this one out.

Finally, it's time to get these classic tunes out on vinyl for the very first time. The support from DJs has been off the charts, and the list is long - including Carl Cox, Dave Clarke, Ben Sims, Kolsch, Deadmau5, Armin van Buuren, Lilly Palmer, Radio Slave and Laurent Garnier, just to name a few. The support spans a wide spectrum, from DJs with very different musical profiles - yet they all play these tracks. Proud to bring SWAY back on vinyl!

Anywhere, Anyway captures a selection of club tools that Makèz and their close circle have tested, refined and played across dance floors worldwide. Each track carries that familiar equilibrium the duo keeps guard over, a steady pull between raw club energy and moments meant for intimate listening.

Much like their recent album on No Art, the EP took shape while traveling, moving from session to session with artists from different musical worlds. The original vinyl release on Osunlade’s Yoruba Records in 2015, and was a very limited vinyl run. Now it sounds better than ever and on fresh wax. The track is backed up by a new dancefloor version of ‘Reach For The Sun’, a track that featured on the ‘Every Soul Needs A Guide’ album. This time its flexing jazz vibes, a driving addictive rhythm and ‘Jaguar-esque’ uplifting chords and strings.

RNT co-founder JKriv joins forces with keyboard virtuoso Jason Lindner to drop the Real Ones EP, a clubby and musical 3-track excursion that includes a deep and polished remix from rising star Retromigration. Needing little introduction, JKriv is a driving force behind RNT, architect of edits, original productions, and the aesthetic direction of the label. Jason Lindner has a storied musical history that includes leading the in-house big band of legendary jazz club Small’s in the early 2000s through to performing on David Bowie’s final album Blackstar, and much more. Formed in early 2024, LFDO is no nostalgia exercise. “Take Flight (Part 1)” is opening the album with style. It takes us on a beautifully orchestrated journey, blending the sensuality of Library Music with high-octane Jazz-Funk and raw b-boy breaks, propelled by breathtaking flute and Rhodes solos of Timur Nekrasov and Maxim Glonti. This aural symbiosis of “beauty and the beats” will become more and more prominent as the album unfolds.



It’s time for “Aquarius Love” created with the inimitable artist and vocalist Seven Davis Jr. (Secret Angels, Ninja Tune). In this composition cinematic soul and heavy jazz meet the restless energy of live drum & bass with deep and heartfelt vocals - timeless sound combined with a timeless message about love and life!



Next is “Head In The Clouds” - a theme for an imaginary rom-com, an ode to all the dreamers - sweet, light, naive and heartwarming. Space-Disco-Funk at its best!

“Where You From” is a fiery Soulful House number with heavy Afro-Latin influences recorded in collaboration with Lipelis. It’s full of Sun, joy and passion. Its irresistible rhythm is emphasised by funky octave bass, wah-wah guitar, catchy piano riffs, guitar solo by Lipelis and seemingly light conscious message delivered by Lay-Far and Maryag. Summer is here!

Now the album takes an unexpected twist in the form of “The Harp of Boom” which at first glance appears to be a classic-sounding Boom-Bap banger. Yes, It’s loud, raw, and gritty, yet it gradually evolves into something delicately-touching and deeply-soulful thanks to a memorable flute melody and lush string arrangement. Definitely recorded with tongue in cheek.


Next is “Feel The Moment” a remarkable collaboration with one of the most recognisable and distinctive Russian artists, singer, trumpeter and cultural icon Antoha MC. It’s a feel-good song, hopeful, life-affirming and bittersweet. A stylish excursion into Brit-Funk and Soviet Jazz-Fusion sound, drawing inspiration from the likes of Atmosfear, Light Of The World or Soviet Jazz bands like Allegro and Arsenal, but reimagining the influences through the modern West London broken beat lens.


The spectacular music journey continuous with “Take Flight (Part 2)” - it’s all about the deep infectious jazz-funk groove, heavy beats, rolling percussion and the glory of the soloing instruments - saxophone and flute by Timur Nekrasov, demonstrating the wide range of emotions from thoughtful and lyrical to restless and borderline vicious. One for freestyle dancing!

As the album draws to an end a vibrant musical triptych “Soul Constant” awaits, mixing together the deep and sensual mood of spiritual jazz with heavy syncopated drum’n’bass rhythms by Michail Fotchenkov, lush orchestration, expressive saxophone solos and the ending which can simply be described as “aural bliss”. It’s breath-taking!

A pleasant bonus is the exclusive version of “Where You From” by Lipelis himself, who is taking it into dub territories, further enhancing the rhythm section and enriching the song with his trademark playful synth flourishes and dreamy guitar solos for maximum effect (and appeal).

The album “Skybreak” by Lay-Far Dance Orchestra is the work of real artistry and craftsmanship with timeless sound that’s not only deeply-rooted but also forward-thinking.

A Sudden Burst of Noise is a study in equivalence between rotational frequency, material structure and sonic form. The album is based on sonified pulsar data and field recordings captured at a concrete radiotelescope located in the Eifel region of West Germany.

Following the core concept of BRUTALISM, architecture and infrastructure are not treated as backdrop but as structural agents. The radiotelescope – its reinforced concrete body, rotational mechanics and scientific function – serves as compositional framework. Rotational movement becomes rhythm. Structural tension becomes texture.
Measured cosmic data becomes sound.

The source material consists of astronomical measurement data translated into sound, combined with field recordings from the site itself: interacting with exposed concrete, mechanical resonance and electromagnetic presence. Dornen and Lomi process these elements into compositions that oscillate between abstraction and physical density.

The result is not a documentary representation of the site but a sonic architecture derived from it. Each track reflects a structural component: axis, mirror, descent, radiation. The record unfolds as a sequence of material states – from reduction and
erosion to rotation and amplification.

With A Sudden Burst of Noise, BRUTALISM continues its transformation of material, texture and structure into sonic forms. The vinyl format captures our site-specific research process as a physical object.

MOVE TRAX is thrilled to unveil "Grab My Love," the eagerly awaited second release from the Tokyo-based label, curated by its founder Al Jones. This enchanting EP synthesizes the sun-soaked essence of early 90s balearic vibes with the alluring melodies of classic Italo house piano, all interwoven with the evocative sounds of traditional Japanese instruments, notably the koto. At the forefront are the irresistible vocals of Aiko Inoue, whose whimsical lyrics recount a lasagna recipe in a manner that feels like a sumptuous love letter—a blend of playful humor and sensual mystery.

After the well-received Kreme de la Kreme EP, D3 Classic Edition returns with another essential vinyl release. This time, they present four rare and highly sought-after tracks from the talented Toyin Agbetu—all newly re-mastered from the original DAT tapes. Showcasing some of his finest work as The Dark Knights, this collection is a treasure trove for fans of deep, soulful grooves and classic, old-school rhythms. Featured are four must-have tracks: I Do Believe, Party Time, Piece of Time, and U Gotta Slow Down—the latter released under Agbetu’s other alias, Nemesis, and making its debut on vinyl.

But there’s more: the release also includes a brilliant reinterpretation of Piece of Mind by London producer K15, who adds his signature spacious, broken-beat style to the original, breathing new life into a classic track. For vinyl collectors and true aficionados, this is an absolute must- own.

Black Truffle is pleased to present Radis, the first recording by the Oslo-based trio of Andrea Giordano (voice and organetto), Kalle Moberg (accordion) and Jo David Meyer Lysne (guitar and snare drum). Now based in Norway, Giordano is a native of Cuneo, in the Piedmont region in the north-west of Italy and her exploration of the Piedmontese language provides the starting point and conceptual anchor of the trio improvisations heard on Radis, which make use of the words of 20th century Piedmontese poets Nino Costa, Bianca Dorato and Oreste Gallina. As the musicians explain, the project is an attempt to preserve the beauty and singularity of a language at risk of extinction.

Fittingly, the first sound we hear on the opening piece ‘Fiorìa’ is Giordano’s unaccompanied voice. She sings a poem from Oreste Gallina as a kind of floating cadenza, the accompanying silence sensitizing the listener to the pellucid quality of Giordano’s voice and the unique sound of the Piedmontese language. The voice dies away and into the silence swells a single tone, sounded by Moberg’s accordion and—special guest on this opening piece—the alto saxophone of Mario Gabola. Extended techniques and preparations create unexpected timbres from the acoustic instruments: Gabola’s saxophone is augmented with tin cans and springs and Moberg’s unorthodox techniques allow the accordion to generate wheezing, buzzing textures and patterns of microtonal beating. Giordano’s voice returns, picking up the thread of the languorous opening melody, coexisting for a while with the shifting drone before the piece takes an unexpected yet organic left-turn into a delicate saxophone solo of sorts.

Recorded in several locations across Italy and Norway over the course of three years, Radis documents an ensemble who have developed both a distinctive sound-world and a remarkably sensitive group dynamic. Moving from folkish duets between accordion and Giordano’s organetto (the small accordion used in Italian folk music) to episodes of metallic guitar scraping from Meyer Lysne, the music is both quietly contemplative and gently chaotic. Ensemble roles shift with disarming ease. If on ‘Profij dëspers’ Meyer Lysne’s prepared guitar adds a haywire noise element to a lyrical episode of organetto and accordion, the next piece, ‘D’antorn a lor’, is grounded in chiming guitar chords of stunning beauty; once Giordano’s joins, the result calls up the most spacious moments of Maria Monti’s Il Bestiario. Throughout the seven pieces, the trio explore countless possibilities of group interaction and the margin between conventional euphony and pure abstraction: at times the voice floats against silence or seems almost disconnected from the gentle clatter of the instruments (sometimes reminiscent of Nikiforas Rotas’ haunting settings of Cavafy), while at other points the instruments touch on conventional harmonic accompaniment. What is perhaps most striking of all is the way that voice and instruments relate to each other, the extended technique reframing the voice as a kind of abstract sound object, while the melodic beauty of Giordano’s voice lends a contemplative, almost melancholic air to the wheezing and scraping of accordion and guitar.

Captured in gorgeously intimate recordings, Jim O’Rourke’s careful and beautifully spacious mix highlights the wealth of textural detail in each element. Accompanied by notes, session photos and the text of the Piedmontese poems, Radis is a work of stunning beauty that demonstrates the vitality of exploratory music in Norway today.

Blue Hour distills over a decade of artistry into his debut album Selva, unearthing eight tracks inspired by ancient wisdom and forgotten worlds.
Blue Hour is the moniker of Luke Standing, a multifaceted artist, producer, and label owner navigating between past and present electronic dance music. Over more than a decade, Standing has built a career balancing transformative craft with a sharp curatorial approach, earning him respect across the global scene. After years of sonic experimentation, he now releases his debut LP Selva. “I never set out to make an LP – it just wrote itself,” he says. “I followed my intuition, and the music found its own path.”
Born and raised in the UK, Standing grew up in parallel with club culture, moving between Brighton, Bristol and Berlin while running club nights and establishing himself under former aliases Furesshu and Esoteric.
He launched his Blue Hour project in late 2013, shortly after relocating to Berlin. Initially a platform for his own music, Blue Hour quickly became a collaborative hub, blurring the lines between personal output and curation. Over time, Standing has cultivated an international ecosystem of like-minded artists while continuously expanding his own sonic horizons.
Selva marks his first full-length studio album, weaving a lifetime of influences into a cohesive narrative inspired by ancient wisdom and forgotten worlds. The eight-track double LP transforms his inner dialogue into a subconscious story pulling inspiration from a labyrinthine network of influence and experience. “I followed the music obsessively, reflecting and refining until the story revealed itself,” Standing explains.
“To me, the LP evokes Amazonian or Mayan jungles, themes of exploration, the mysteries of the natural world, wisdom passed down through generations. I didn't set out to write about these things consciously,
they just emerged on their own.” he adds.The album was shaped through intensive work in his studio and periods spent in subtropical locations.
Listening closely, Selva unfolds like a modern ceremony: the opening tracks channel his early UK dance influences, shifting into blends of traditional and contemporary techno, then expanding into melodic soundscapes before concluding with transcendental textures and atmospheres. The result is an introspective journey where functionality and emotive storytelling coexist, revealing a depth in Blue Hour we haven’t heard before.
Whether performing, curating, or producing, Standing operates with a deep commitment to sound, culture, and collaboration. More than an artist, he is an architectural thinker of what electronic music could become. “Every release is my own metamorphosis,” he says. “This LP reflects my current form, and I’m curious to see what the next chapter brings.” Few artists can unify a lifetime of genre-spanning influences into a sound as sharp and focused. On Selva, Blue Hour does exactly that, opening a new era of deeper
immersion from his Berlin-based label.

Introducing Red D, the Belgian DJ and producer, one half of FCL (alongside San Soda), long standing club promoter (since 1992), owner of We Play House and general all round good guy. With releases on Ferrispark and Delusions Of Grandeur (with MCDE), remixes on Eskimo, regular sets at the likes of Panorama Bar and an RA Mix under his belt you could say things are falling into place nicely. On top of all this his FCL project continues to go from strength to strength with a new
EP dropping soon on Kai 'KZR' Alce's highly regarded NDATL label. When he sent over two originals for Freerange it was love at first listen as the simple, warm beats and emotive chord stabs of title track Chez oozed from the speakers. This sounded to me like house music in it's purest form, from the days when the focus was on a feeling rather than complex sounds or technological
trickery. And the proof is in the pudding with this one as you can feel the dance floor go into some kind of collective bubble of love whenever you play it. The second original follows drawing you into a false sense of security with familiar 707 beats and gentle pads before taking a left turn. Appropriately titled Into Darkness the blissful vibes of the intro begin to fall away as the
track reaches a breakdown and we're treated to the rudest of Chi-Town basslines taking us down a somewhat less wholesome path. Flipping over we're treated to two Jacob Korn remixes, one of each of the originals and if the A side is the good cop, we can trust the Uncanny Valley regular to deliver some pure badness on the flip. His Remix of Chez is clearly inspired by his studio hardware as you can hear the improvised and 'live'
sounding arrangement, the machines taking on a life of their own as things twist and turn in a spontaneous and unpredictable way. A rattling white noise pulse drives the rhythm whilst bubbling synths add some lightness to the pummeling
kick. Into Darkness gets the Korn treatment next and here he puts it right through the sonic mangler, tape saturation distorting the mix to within an inch of it's life. Jacob puts the focus on the bassline of the original, keeping things simple at
first before winding in layers of Juno chords and the bleepiest of synth lines resulting in the finest of raw, bassment house jams.

Doch obwohl diese Elemente nicht verschwunden sind, ist ,A Blue Dot" ein ganz anderes Kaliber. Ein Umzug nach Cambridge, Massachusetts, und eine notwendige personelle Veränderung haben das, was einst eine beständige, schimmernde Lockerheit mit voller Rockdynamik war, verwandelt. Die neue Besetzung (Gitarrist Luke Einsiedler, Bassist Elijah Bodish und Schlagzeuger Greg Witz) hat ihren Sound zu einer lauten Masse aus harter und stimmungsvoller Jangle-Explosion verdichtet. Der Post-NZ-Glory-Pop von Barbara Mannings SF Seals ist hier zu finden, ebenso wie der dichte Wirbel von Rain Parade. Fachmännisch aufgenommen im Suddenly Studio von Emily Robb, gemischt von Evan Mersky und von Sarah Register zu vollendeter Kohäsion gemastert, klingt das Ganze laut und stolz. Seit der Fertigstellung dieses wunderbaren Albums sind Miranda und Elijah nach Indiana gezogen, wo glücklicherweise eine neue Besetzung gefunden wurde. Aber ein noch glücklicheres Ende ist, dass diese spezielle Crew noch nicht fertig ist mit dem gemeinsamen Musizieren, und hoffentlich wird diese elende Welt noch lange genug existieren, um im Sommer 2026 eine Tour an der Ostküste mitzuerleben. Shawn Lee, the Silver Fox, did it again! He managed to persuade David Fostex to reord a follow up to his intriguing 2023 offering "Dark Yacht" with an even more cutting-edge venture into the world of sinister, mysterious world of the super yacht sounds and releases "Dark Yacht 2" including 10 new, original compositions written during a frosty, starry night somewhere near Marina Del Ray.

"As I find myself entering into the new era of my personal musical odyssey, I reflect back to a simpler time -a kinder, more gentle world where people listened without hearing," says David Fostex.
