The title track, “Picture About You”, reflects Recut’s artistic identity through the lens of his personal history and family roots. An important part of this story comes from his uncle, known as Mr. Steve, who in 1975 founded one of the pioneering independent radio stations in Southern Italy during the early years of independent broadcasting. His connection with radio, disco culture and the first generation of Italian clubs embodied a spirit of discovery, sharing and musical exploration that continues to shape Recut’s approach to music.

The third Recut vinyl only release is here, letting loose four disco nuggets re-edited with that magic touch. First up is a re-edit of a 1976 super disco classic, taken deep and housey before 'Tox Disco' comes through with the heavy rolling funk.

On the flip side, 'Dirty Fun' is a tropical trip in reggae style with 'Afro Machine' closing out the EP on a psychedelic groove.
