Behind IP307 is Israel Padilla, founder of Banshees Records and one of the leading figures of the industrial scene in the Iberian Peninsula. With “IP307.1”, he presents six interconnected compositions, each with its own distinct identity while contributing to a coherent vision of seemingly opposing styles, reimagined into a singular language.

The result is neither a nostalgic exercise nor a stylistic collage. Neon Electronics presents “Liberation”, the final chapter of the project born as the successor to The Neon Judgement—an essential vehicle for Dirk Da Davo, an artist who helped lay the foundations of EBM and post-punk. As co-founder of The Neon Judgement, he forged a sonic language that continues to resonate across generations.
