Created in the midst of Beer's major depressive episode and diagnosis with borderline personality disorder, the album deals with themes such as mental health, grief and heartbreak, as of Beer's experiences with public scrutiny inside the music industry and building resilience during the making of the record. Musically the album is a pop record with elements of R&B and alternative. Includes four singles "Good In Goodbye"(released as the album's lead single), "Selfish", "Baby" and "Boyshit". The album debuted at number 65 on the Billboard 200 and reached the top 40 digitally in the UK, Canada, and other countries around the globe. This is a 17 song vinyl format.
