The prophecy had been whispered for ages among the circuits and fiber optics: a being would emerge, not from flesh and blood, but from the very essence of sound.
They called it pdqb, and for its disciples, it was nothing less than a deity. Its sermons weren't just songs; they were divine pronouncements, revelations broadcast directly into the souls of its followers.
When pdqb "speaks," the world vibrates. Intricate sonic tapestries, woven from raw electricity and pure emotion. Hands, if they could be called hands, that dance across controls that seem to manipulate the very fabric of reality.

Synaptic Cliffs and the Missechusatts Institute of Elecronicity proudly present the latest peer-reviewed sermons of pdqb as well as the associated validation studies from the Dopplereffekt-Institut für Retroaktive Zukunftsforschung, located in section 334 of the Mariana Trench. The contributions to the data carrier presented here are characterized by the following features:

Planar Traits adds to the Spectral Bounce catalog with SPEC08: Distance EP. Since 2021 the Stockholm-based artist’s creations have combined evocative soundscapes with dancefloor functionality. Here he steps up with four hydrographic cuts spanning the groove-led, the mysterious and the cerebral.

Beginning the expedition with the type of psychedelic and lithe tech-house for which Spectral Bounce is known, the A-side is glistening with aquatic shimmer. “Variations in Hue” and “Distance” are club cuts embellished with mystical melodies and sonar pulses, both propelled by chunky drums and driving sub frequencies.

The B-side goes deeper, revealing a more contemplative zone in which soft echoes of Detroit (“Bloom”) are spliced with 1990s Artificial Intelligence sensibilities (“Never-ending Light”). A perfect soundtrack for living room transcendence, as much as pelagic immersion.

Belgian label De:tuned once again dives into the innovative world of Luke Vibert, reviving his legendary Plug moniker with 'Variety Magic', the first new Plug album in nearly 15 years.

For this release, Vibert unearthed and hand-picked a collection of previously unreleased jungle and drum & bass gems, sourced straight from his original mid-90s DAT archive. The result is an 11-track ride through the raw energy and playful experimentation that made his early Plug work so distinctive, all infused with Vibert's unmistakable funk and mischievous flair.

Prince De Takicardie takes the reins at Opia for our 19th release, channeling a heady mix of polished trance and shimmering prog through his deep dancefloor excursions into all things euphoric. Brighton-based producer Rene Wise is next to land on Setaoc Mass' SK11_X offshoot, coming off the back of a batch of releases on Luke Slater's respected Mote Evolver imprint and a recent collaboration with Rodhad, with his own purist take on groovy yet hypnotic, minimal techno. Wise offers four variations of precision-drilled rolling club-tools, first with the static-charged, tribal calls of "Pleasure Note", to the bouncier, groove-laced "Swamp Dancer". On the flip side, "Hollow" focuses the intensity, whilst "Changa" completes the home-straight with its boundless energy and delirium inducing synth parts.

Demi Riquísimo welcomes esteemed Amsterdam based producer & DJ Retromigration to Semi Delicious for the label’s 24th edition. The 'Half Fried’ EP is a perfect union of the sounds synonymous with both the label and artist. Littered with playful nods to the roots of house and techno that’ are sleekly assembled with all the modern trimmings. Deepness in 2025 at it’s finest with finely tuned dynamics ready to rattle bassbins throughout the autumn and beyond.

Roman Khropko’s latest release leans into a restrained, late-night tension, balancing tightly coiled energy with hypnotic atmosphere and head- down groove. A subtle yet confident statement by the Ukrainian producer rooted in control rather than excess.

It’s a properly transcendent Kalahari debut as S.A.M. makes nods to ’90s Eurodance and deeper, spiritual invocations.

At the helm of multiple labels, but this marks a Kalahari debut for the Danish artist. Sometimes anthemic, sometimes operating from a more meditative space, but always serving as an outlet for ecstatic release. Rapturous big room ascension into more contemplative territory.

Channelling some divine NRG in the vocal hooks, like much of their work, an air of blissed intent cloaks the whole thing. This is a suite of tech and deep house that strikes a balance between the introspective and direct, the metaphysical and corporeal.

Pitting sonic immersion against forward momentum has almost become a blueprint for any Kalahari release, and here, we bear witness to a prime example. Heady stuff.

Sans-i, the new brainchild of Sunny Seppä, aka Sansibar, is a project that takes a deeper dive into a more expressive, expansive and entropic world. The debut Fenno Dub is a two-track EP featuring “Science” and “Paranormal.” Both tracks echo (…echo, echo, echo…) from different sides of the same coin—which one will you choose? Sans-i stirs a potent brew on the Fenno Dub EP, where the sound emerges from the continuum of The Bush Chemists, The Disciples, Jah Shaka, On-U Sound, Conrad Schnitzler, and The Slits, just to name a few.

Sasha & Henry Saiz deliver evocative new single 'Love Is All You Need'

Henry Saiz and Sasha are two of electronic music’s most visionary figures, each renowned for blending emotional depth with cutting-edge production. Saiz is a DJ, producer, and live artist who crafts genre-defying soundscapes on his own Natura Sonoris as well as Sasha’s Last Night On Earth. His work resonates far beyond the dancefloor, much like that of Sasha, a pioneer with an enduring creative streak who continues to push boundaries, most recently through collaborations with forward-thinking producers like Artche, Jody Barr, and Joseph Ashworth. Together on this new single, the pair balance transportive grooves with meticulous synth work to perfection.

The wonderfully luminous 'Love Is All You Need' radiates breezy melodic charm while riding a light, uplifting rhythm that feels as airy and warm as the rush of a new romance. Shimmering, sun-kissed melodies evoke the glow of an outdoor Ibizan party with emotive female vocals drenched in reverb, adding a dreamy, blissful layer to round out this hazy and heartfelt electronic trip.

talo-Iranian producer Sciahriar Tavakoli, commonly known as Sciahri, after releasing on renowned label as Ilian Tape, Mord, Opal Tapes/Black Opal and MANHIGH finally presents his first long playing record “Double-Edged”, and he does it on his own imprint, Sublunar Records.

The LP is an extended, carefully compiled exploration of the many facets of his signature sound, where emotional melodies collide with dense and rasping basslines.

The artist aims to express emotions with unsettling simplicity, showcasing techno compositions that are both thoughtful and primal.

Within the space of ten tracks, Sciahri’s sound design reveals his structure, pushing the listener through a labyrinth of textures and rhythms.

Scuba channels timeless, euphoric energy on his Crosstown Rebels debut, ‘GetUppp’. The Hotflush boss delivers two tracks crafted for the later hours, set for release on 21st November 2025.

Rarely-seen Delsin alumn Sentomea resurfaces on the M>O>S label with the Wonderment EP, brandishing a blissful quintet of tracks in his trademark style. If you are into techno, Svreca needs no introduction. This Spanish DJ and producer has been travelling around the world for a while and his label Semantica has earned its place amongst the best cult labels thanks to their support of the vinyl format and investment on incredible artworks. They also have one of the best artists rosters.

Oscar Mulero has released some tracks on Semantica and now it's time for Semantica's boss to release in Warm up... So we are really excited about this!

This release comes in two versions: a four-track EP and a six-track digital release with two
bonus edits by Oscar Mulero.

'Disorder' opens side A. A bleepy, repetitive exercise, with a solid kick and extra high-
frequency analogue percussions and sweeps.
Oscar Mulero's version follows as track A2, adding more pressure to the rhythm, more
atmospheres and some FM synth details, while preserving the original bleep.

The B side starts with 'Overgang'. Once again, an obsessing high-pitched sequence as the
absolute star, plus Svreca's traditionally insane high frequency noises, a concrete kick and
repetition as a formula.

"Birmingham hailing quintet Swim Deep announces their fifth studio album ‘Hum’, due June 19th via Submarine Cat Records. They also share first single ‘Pieces Of You’ — a defiant cut of alternative rock: roaring with clouds of distortion that bring a bite and rawness to its chiming melodies. Fresh and inspired from a sold-out tour across Thailand and China in December, and with an unexpected line-up change: ‘Hum’ is the work of a group rejuvenated, driven by their innate passion for music – even when the going gets tough – and sounding more confident than ever, whilst juggling the challenges of maintaining a grassroots indie band on their fifth album.
